Interstate Custom Interiors

One of the house specialties at Interstate Custom Interiors in Chandler is doing full custom or restoration-type interiors on the early to late 1960’s Lincoln cars. The white 1965 Lincoln Continental convertible example shown here didn’t receive a new interior, but it did get some repairs to the power windows and a brand new canvas convertible top, and new weather stripping throughout the car. A 1970 Volvo P1800 sports car will soon be receiving a full custom leather and suede interior with Mercedes wool carpeting.

But, before any of that work could be started, the Interstate Custom Interior craftsman had to fabricate all new aluminum door panels and an aluminum headliner insert, along with other interior panels, that won’t even be seen after they’re covered with the foam, leather and suede.
