Michael D’s Kustom Koaches

The 1937 Willys came into Michael D’s Kustom Koaches with some nasty damage to the passenger side fender and front end. While the damage wes being repaired, the owner wanted to take the headlights back to the original look. The previous build, which looks to have been done about 25 years ago, had opted to have the headlights frenched. It has a 383 stroker under the hood putting out about 450 horsepower. After approximately 50 hours of metal work, sanding, sand blasting and restoring the headlights to the original style this Willys was picked up and continues its journey to being painted and ready for the road again. Up next was a 1951 Pontiac. The stainless steel stone shields were removed and bodyline work was completed from the front to the back. This Pontiac also features 1954 taillights and 1951 Oldsmobile headlights. It will be back in the shop soon to be tubbed.
